To sum up, Thrall, had been attending a ceremony, to heal the Nordrassil Word Tree so that all of the damage done by Deathwing be neutralized. The ceremony got interrupted, by Majordomo Staghelm, who had cast a Twilight curse upon Thrall, leaving his fate to the elements. He sought his darkest fears and faced all of the wrath and anger, created by key moments of his life (Garrosh becoming the new Warchief, leading people to their undoing, and the dead of Cairne).

After the ceremony, Thrall's body had been split into four parts, each representing an element - fire, water, earth and wind...

Ysera says: He was the Earthen Ring's most powerful shaman, and the ceremony cannot continue without him. But we must be prepared to accept that he may be lost forever...

Aggra says: No! Those mongrels have stolen my Go'el, but I will NOT forsake him. Ancestors forgive me - my heart feels stolen away from him.

Ysera, the Dreamer, predicted Thrall's death, but Aggra, Thrall's to-be-mate, didn't want to give up hope, and gives you the initial quest, where you start a journey to save Thrall, the son of Durotan...

The Unraveling

Author's Note: I didn't finish the quest line, because the bar kept reseting at all times, leaving me no chance to complete the quest line. Soon had I noticed that the bug was caused by switching forms (between Shadowform and the normal form).

I started to kill the elementals, to fill the bar to 100/100. My task was to save both Thrall and Aggra in this phase of the quest, from the Water elementals and their threats.

During the quest and its phases, you will see visions about Thrall's thoughts. In the second vision you see him with Aggra as his life mate, having little orc children. - Thrall's deepest desires.

Aggra says: .. to have a family of his own... with me? Go'el never knew his parents... It was only a few years ago that he even found his people... I should have known this was what he wanted most.

After filling the bar, Aggra is being sucked into the Vortex and put in a bubble. You need to get to the bubble as soon as possible and right-click it so, you can crack it and free Aggra.
